As a celebrant, I am able to produce funeral ceremonies to any particular faith.  I work closely with the family and Funeral Director to ensure impeccable detail to the ceremony and that every wish for both the deceased and the family is accomplished.  I offer the following:

Initial one to one consultation with the family to learn more about the deceased and to establish the kind of service that will justly capture their life and personality.  If this can't be done in a face-to-face meeting, it can be done via a telephone or video call.

 

I offer help and advice on practical matters, such as the amount of time available for the ceremony and different ways of holding it.

​

I'll listen and help with ideas on music, readings or symbolic gestures and make any suggestions that may work for the family.  We can talk about how to personalise the ceremony.  Ensure that the ceremony is exactly as the family would like it to be and in the right tone and balance. 

 

I will help with those involved in the ceremony, for example, anyone who will be reading a tribute or poem to ensure  every thing goes smoothly.   I can supply resources such as poems, readings and prayers.

I will write a creative and unique eulogy, very personalised, bespoke and one that is absolutely fitting for the deceased. 

​

A draft copy of the eulogy will be sent to the family for approval.  They may make as many amendments as they wish until the family are completely happy with the final script that will be read out at the service.

 

I will act in a calm presence on the day, leading the ceremony with warmth and dignity.

After the ceremony, the family will receive a wonderful keepsake copy of the ceremony.  Eulogy, any readings and poems that were read and music that was played , all displayed in a memorable presentation folder.
